Our law office

A&J Consulting was established by Jacek Kotowicz on 1 of January 2004 in Bydgoszcz. At the beginning, we mainly dealt with legal issues in the field of orderly relation in military service as well as other uniform service. And still we are familiar with such subject-matter and remember how our activity has started in the past. Thus, currently we also lend a hand in the process of formation and everyday activity of associations brought to life by former regular soldiers as well as officers of other uniform service.  

 
Nevertheless, our law office continuously evolves and broadens its horizons. Therefore, to satisfy our clients’ needs and fulfil market requirements, we extended our offer to further issues.

 
At a present time, our scope of specialization consists of: labour law, real estate law, ownership and other property law, legal assistance in transport and foreign trading. We also render a legal assistance for entrepreneurs. This includes a creation and enforcement of modern legal solution in the field of business activity of natural persons as well as partnership enterprises operating in Poland and also abroad.  As a result, recently we have enhanced unit responsible for lawyers’ service for companies that function in Germany, United Kingdom, Scandinavian countries and The Netherlands.

 

In the era of globalization and dynamic evolution of emerging markets of Near East we deepen our knowledge on transfer of capital to the countries such as United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Bahrain. We also assist clients from this region in starting up a business in Poland.

 

Presently, we render our legal assistance to the commercial health service institutions and travel agencies in Poland.
